Anyone have done rust proofing when the car is already 4-5 years old??

Here is some info. Mine are the 6pot, and they work extremely well with unaltered pedal feel.

If you have existing rust, get this stuff!!
Its called Bill Myers Miracle Paint.
I worked in a restoration shop during highschool, and we used it on all the cars. I think they have a website, but I cant remeber the link.
