Anyone have info on removing (exterior) bottom rubber door trim for A4?

the rubber door molding that everyone wants to paint.

Default Yes,....

first open the door all the way and towards the front of each door(front/Rear0 there is a single phillips screw that holds it in place,remove the screw and then grab the outer door molding from the end and plug/tug outwards and it should slide and come off only need it to move about an 1" or so, it's on a rail molding

Thank you. Mine is cracked from continously opening the door into snowbanks.

LOL! I pulled mine partially off doing that...I had to tap it back into place
