Default Anyone have info on torque wrenches? I'm ignorant and want to know what to get...

...I'm probably going to go with Sears Craftsman (because it's close and I don't have too much time to internet shop - need it for the weekend). I also need these torx sockets: T20, T25, T27, T30, T45. Is there any set I need? This is all for a timing belt change that is going on this weekend.

Default honestly...I would get the Harbor Freight one....$20, and people have tested its accuracy ....

...with great results. Do a search on this forum, and you can see that a lot of people (including me) have this wrench and it works great. Someone actually had it tested and its accuracy was really good as I recall.

cheapest one possible. toss it yearly. Craftsman's wrench only has a 1 year warranty and is $$$$.

Snap-On. I've had mine for 8 years. The local Snap-On guy sets it yearly for free. :-)
