Anyone installed their Basslink on the back side of the fold-down rear seat?

Was going to but...
...it doesn't fit. It will hit as you put the seat down if you try to place it there, it's too tall. Also, I've been told that the acoustics of the bass are a lot worse that way. If I really need more of the bass, I put the seat down anyway, and it comes through more. You can see how I have it set up in my PicturePoster directory. I was also told that it's better if you've got the woofer pointed towards the side of the car, as it will travel to the cabin better.
