Anyone know the cutoff for ordering 2001 A4?
Also - does anyone have any info on a new Avant for 2002? I can't imagine Audi dropping the Avant for any period - I also haven't heard any mention of a new A4 Avant. Old Avant and new A4 for a while?

Overlap just for a few months. Jan. L'Automobile mag says...
that the new Avant will have a euro introduction this Nov. US intro is probable by jan 2002. Since the A6 avant (and allroad) already share a family "look" to the rear with even the current A4 avant, I'd guess that the new avant will have the nicer new A4 front end, with a back and hatch not too different from the current model. That's just my speculation at least.
