Anyone know if it's possible to cut off the Borla tips and replace them with
A different set of tips? I know that in the Max Power (US Edition) issue which featured the S4, it had Carbon Fiber tips made by Borla, which can be found here:

Is it possible to take the exhaust to a Midas/Meineke type place, have them cut off the old tip and weld on the new one?<p>e

Yes, you need to have them welded on though... midas/meineke should be able do this
