Anyone know if a Ross-tech twin-com SERIAL needs any special drivers to work properly?

Default Anyone know if a Ross-tech twin-com SERIAL needs any special drivers to work properly?

I acquired one of these adapters and on the Ross-Tech website it doesn't even show that a serial version of the TWIN-com even exists!My comm port is ok, but the adapter is inaccessible.

On my laptop I usually have to slow down the bit rate under the com port properties. Try that.

Default right click on my computer...

select properties.
click on "Hardware" tab.
click on "Device Manager"
expand "Ports (COM&LPT)"
select the com port by double clicking it.
click on "Port Settings" tab.
