When I did a search a bunch of restoration parts came up. Maybe you could try to find a close fit from a junkyard and modify it to fit where you need it to. Probably not the answer you were hoping for.

autospeed's is from a volvo, it has a trapezoid (top view) shape of 7.25x5, height of the reservoir
is 5", then it has a long tube about 6" for the (filling) cap (designed to be mounted under other engine bay parts) - i cut that tube down to the reservoir height along with the level indicator). i also added a larger opening for ice cubes.
also my99 and below has 2 tanks, what i did was swap the terminals to these pumps to free up the higher(filler) tank (i dont use the headlight washer anyway)
