and does anyone know the part # to the HID blub and ballast?

Default Don't do it..........cheaper to buy the philips aftermarket xenon kit....
YOu can get a pair of bulbs and ballast from Philips for $450 or so, and just use yoru current light housings (looks like you have a >99.5 A4). There's an FAQ on how to do it in the tech section, and I have dont it to several Audis....real easy.
