I am thinking of upgrading to a set of Porsche Big Reds, and I have a questions regarding wheel fitment..
I am currently running 18's but in the winter I need to swap back to 16's... Need to find out if the kit will fit under stock 16's? Thanks!

The Bira or Turbo5 Boxter calipers/A8 rotors won't fit under 99 sport wheels...
I'm not familiar with the "big reds", but I assume they are larger than the abovementioned set-up, and thus you'll have problems.
there *are* a selection of 16" rims that fit under the boxter/A8 combo. Also, Turbo5 has other brackets (stage 1 / 2AS) that allow you to use A4 rotors with the boxter calipers during the winter
