Default Anyone seen this car before/know anything about it?

It's a 98 1.8t Front trac and carfax stated the origional owner had it in New York. Does it look or sound familiar to anyone? Any information would be a big help.

I'm serious in finding some info on here. So if you don't know anything about this car, please try to be respectful and not ***** up this thread with posts about the stock rims . Thanks.
