Here's a link to the instructions that Rob O posted a long while back for me when I hardwired mine
Rob's post REALLY should be put in the FAW section of the Audiworld website. I have absolutely no idea why it's not there. It's a complete travesty for this faq NOT to be there. In any case, take a look at it, and I hope it helps yout out. It helped me out immesnely, and my unit is hardwired in exactly the same location.
