Anyway that 18x9 offset 45mm wheels could fit?

Saw an ad for wheels supposedly for A4 but the specs don't seem to match. Wouldn't 45mm offset rub on the control arms, especially with a 9" rim?

I have 18x8.5

35mm offset with 235 rubber and it's a tight fit. IMO, skip.
