Recently got a used A4 (Audi assured) and found that the arm rest top is broken, the hinge on the back cracked off. I want to get a new one, do you think I would be better off telling the dealer that I broke it since it should be covered under waranty. Or should I tell him it came that way but I didn't notice it at first. I tried glueing it but I can tell that it will break again within the next 5 times I open it. <p>

If it broke in normal operation, it should be covered by warrenty. Did it come broken?

It came broken, but I didn't notice it until I bought it. I assume it just broke from regular use by the previous owner. Aren't these things delicate on all a4's?<br>
