when is NON-DBW emcs available. Is the location of the switch selectable? How much $$$. Need to know service coming up soon.

Default It's a black push button switch.
I put it on the kick panel cover that is under the steering wheel. The black one where the light is . Hides really well.

Do you think you possibly use one of the "blank" switches by the fog light switch?
