ATTN 'Racer' (aid# 270).....just to amuse myself here...timeslip to prove you wrong
in reference to the post yesterday about RSX-S v. chipped/exhaust 1.8Tqm
Sorry bro, but even the few RSX-S that have run 14.9/15.0 in the 1/4 mile, I am still faster. You said a chipped 1.8Tqm would not break 15.4 and that no chip/exhaust 1.8Tqm could run 14's without high octane...well with JUST a 1 bar street chip (93octane program) and milltek exhaust....stock shifter, stock BPV, stock clutch, qurater tank of 93 octane, 59 degrees and humid, my FIRST run ever at the drags::
left lane, car #5082

Every RSX-S I saw at the drags was hitting no quicker than mid 15's. Maybe c/d or guys who race a lot can get lower times, but the average driver can't...either way...I dont hate on any car, just dont tell me my car could not possibly do what it so obviously can. A lot of people here doubt the quickness of these cars.
ps. I will be at e-town either tomorrow or friday to improve on my times.

https://forums.audiworld.com/a4/msgs/1200874.phtml</a

I will most likely be there friday at 5pm.
I have a game that night so I have to leave very early so I can make it back to NY.
Basically going to get my 3 runs in as quick as possible, and then leave.

there should be a few people there...
me, you, spence (weekdogma), my friend with a SS, maybe Waseem and the rest of that group.
I would be leaving as most people arrive though...

I bet $100 you could not break into 14's at any of the tracks here in Socal
with your car. Remember you are racing at a track that is not only faster during the day then any other tracks but you then race at night.

if I ever go to Cali I will take you up on that...
hundred is nothing..
considering it was my first run ever (had no idea where to shift) I think I did damn good...
I can probablly nip my time down to a 14.6/7 at Etown...by her third time at the track Jackie was hitting 14.6, with a similar setup, but more restrictive exhaust. Does cali really lose up to half a second?
for a hundred I would try
