Audi A4 B5 Quattro 1.8t, starting failure.

UPDATED.

My A4 does not want to start up.. I did my own diagnostic and i got these 6 fault codes:

18010: Power Supply B+ Terminal 30: Voltage too Low ==
785 B

17931: Crash Signal from Airbag Controller: Implausible Signal ==
973 B

17977: Cruise Control Switch (E45): Implausible Signal ===
876 B

16524: Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S2: No Activity ==
481 B

17522: Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor; B1 S2: Internal Resistance too High ==
294 B

16795: Secondary Air Injection System: Incorrect Flow Detected ===
767 B (

Im not 100% sure if those codes are the cause of my car not starting. NEED HELP! ASAP! Thank you in advance!

The only one likely to effect a no start might be: 18010/P1602/005634 - Ross-Tech Wiki
We need to have a better explanation of the no start. What do you do, what does the car do?

It makes a sound whenever i turn the key foward. I do not know how to describe the sound. I uploaded a video on youtube of the sound it makes.
