I am having a hellish experience with Audi customer service and can't get anywhere with them. All I keep hearing is the standard, "We understand your frustration sir...", "We're doing the best we can sir..."

So... I'm trying to get in touch with someone higher up and of course they don't put you in touch with anyone.

So my question is does anyone know a phone number for Audi Canada head office??? Or even Audi USA so I can get in touch with someone????

i had a 97 rover 4.6 HSE which was brand new and kept breaking all over the place. Their people, no matter who i talked to, kept saying (and I quote) It is a highly sophisticated vehicle, and these sorts of problems are common among vehicles with this degree of complex engineering". I was like whatever buddy, I own a construction company and I have many engineers working for me, both in my office and outsourced, and if they designed something that kept breaking i would fire them tadow. anyway I feel your pain and goodluck. Range rovers suck big time.
