Blinker lights don't work

Blinker lights don't work
My blinker lights slowly deteoriated and now they don't work when I signal. However, the hazards still work. I thought they were the same bulbs. How do I fix this? Do I merely change the bulbs? Or are there other things I need to consider? It's been a b*tch trying to change lanes. Thanks for your help.

They are the same lights. I'm guessing it's something in the stalk
I don't know what to tell you as far as fixing it goes, though. Never done anything with the dash electrical.
