Booh, bad control arm. Options?
Diagnosis: Bad control arm.
Alternative? I have searched through the forums and see people have found non audi control arms. My mechanic suggested against it, does he have anything to his suggestion?

I've got a 2 week old front lower for sale...Audi OEM
Changed one then the another one went so I decided to go with the whole ECS kit and replace them all. The one I am selling is the first one I replaced which was purchased new from AUDI OEM. Its practically brand new...not even dirty.

ECS kit?
No warranty. I think its the upper control arm, but I will double check Jay^Jay and email you if interested. What does an ECS kit give and is it more expensive or cheaper than replaceing OEM?

It gives you all 8 control arms. There are four on each side in the front. And yes it is a lot cheeper if you buy the whole kit.
I did all mine because I have a 97 with 150000 km on it and they were all going to go sonn now.
