Default Brake Pad and Rotor Replacement Questions

How hard is it to replace the brake pads and rotors?

Does anyone have a link to some instructions and/or tips?

Thanks.

Default On a scale from 1 to 10.

1 - Putting in gas.
10 - Clutch job.

Front pads are a 2.
Add in rotors, make it a 3.

Rear pads are a 3.
Quattro rotors keep it a 3.
FWD rear rotors make it a 4.

That's assuming you have the cutesy tool for compressing the rear calipers. It's like $5 at pep boys. And C-clamp for the front calipers

Default what's the difference between FWD rears and quattro rears?

on the 1-10 scale for PIA jobs, the rears are a 5 or 6.

Default FWD's have a bearing in the hub.

It comes off with the rotor, and needs to be swapped, and repacked.
