Brake Squeal Solutions?...
Has anyone ever tried those anti-squeal sprays on sale at Strause or other auto discount places?
I just got new pads for my 20k service, and they still friggin squeal.
I tried speeding up, then braking hard. And also putting my car through a carwash. Hoping it's just brake dust.
If those anti-squeal sprays work, any recommendations?

Work pretty well
Have used them on pads for my Porsche. Clean the backing plate, spray, then let it dry.
I can't remember the manufacturer; comes in a red spray can and think it's a company called CRD.
For info, are these the replacement pads from Audi? I never had a problem with them squealing. I now have Pagid aftermarket pads, and get a very light squeal as I pull to a stop. Haven't done anything like the pad spray; isn't bad enough to bother me.

My car's been in probably 6 times for squeal with audi pads...
every time they'd chamfer the pad, sand the rotor, Add anti-squeal compound, but nothing worked.
The only solution I found was buying EBC Greenstuf pads. Once they bed in there's not been a peep since.
