Default Bridgestone or Dunlops

In your opinion or experience, what is the better tire? Looking at a 225/50/16.

Dunlop Sport A2
Bridgestone Potenza RE 950
Dunlop SP Sport 5000 Asymmetrical
OR Yokohama AVS dB

What are your reasons? Thank you.

Ditto.....Very happy with mine. Some complain that they get loud, but 15k on mine, still not loud.

Default I have RE950's and I love them. They were great in snow and wet - no complaints. See tirerack's

evaluation. They give it high marks all around.

Why are you disappointed? I have the same tires and so far I like them, although I only have the old Conti's to compare to.

I have Dunlop SP Sport 5000 size 225/50-16. They are great tires, but they wear out to fast! I have about approx. 25,000 miles on them, and I think I need to replace them already (and I don't think I drive too agressive). I'm considering Dunlop SP Sport A 2 for my next tires. They seem to have better treadwear and snow traction (according to Tire Rack)._t

I had Dunlop 8000's on my car. They performed well for the price. Quiet & grippy.

Default The 5ks seem to sort of wash out in corners. I thought my...

...OEM contis stuck to the road better. Did your 5ks have a long break in period?
