Buying a 1.8T with 95,000 miles, should i expect any problems with the turbo, or anything else?

you hope =)
honestly it's easy to say a car has never been chipped; actually I'd ask why the car had a filter but no chip in it because there is zero to gain with a filter alone. Have a compression test done by the dealer or ASE mechanic. Make sure the timing belt has been replaced. Ask if any control arms have been replaced.
If they say the car has never been chipped, look for all five 8mm bolts on the ECU box. If one or two in the back are missing, offer $2000 less just because they lied to you.
