I just bought mine from suvlights.com..

total cost was $462 shipped to my door. This included REAL Phillips ballasts and bulbs. Bulb color was 6000K...

I have projectors already, so this was a pretty straight forward plug n play.

Overall, I love these lights...they are so bright and white...not blue...not yellow..just pure white. I pulled next to an acura and it made his lights look yellow in comparison.
