Default Right, its not the bumper skin, its more that the metal support needs to be cut
Which of course means that compromises the integrity of the support.

Default even with 3", I had to cut 3 points that connect the cover to the bumper
3.5" should fit with similar cutting. For the money and fit, I think the Racetek is a great option.

Default Where would one find a "racetek intercooler"
because I canr for the life of me find one online.

i was thinking about a 3.5" thick by 6" tall...too fat for the s4 bumper?

Default well it also depends on the height and how low or high the core sits...
one of the guys on the S4 forum is going for a 3.5" thick core. he made a cardboard mock up to test fit it. havent checked back in the past few days but curious to see how it worked out
