can somebody tell me the diameter of my stock exhaust on a 2.8, yes I searched.

No way 2.5" from the exhaust manifold . . . 2.25" max, maybe 2" . . .
After the cats where the system comes to a "Y" connector, maybe 2.5", but I doubt it.
I am about to install exhaust headers with a 2.5" collector--it's fricking HUGE compared to the stock down pipes and requires a reducer to attach to the down pipes. Lloyd at TDL supplied me a 2.5" to 2" reducer to get the headers to attach to the downpipes.
Additionally, Miltek, Brullen, and Supersprint all use 2.5" tubing to upgrade the 2.8's; thus, why would anyone purchase these systems if the OEM one came in the same size???
