so im assuming its only requoired on HIDs because its more intense light...
and thus not an iassue with halogens, yet you can still beam people with hallogen and **** them off

the only state that has inspected my lighting is alaska. but if everybody ....
talks less about auto-leveling, the less likely central scrutinizers that do inspect lighting compliance will check, if they even know how to. if you are driving a fairly current model by a car manufacturer that does sell with xenon in the u.s., nobody is going to check your leveling motors, unless your beams are aimed way off alignment.
