Can someone pllleeaassee post about Blaupunkt Travelpilot?
I've been spending all these days trying to get the Blaupunkt to work --- it never finishes calibration, stuck at 75%. What could be the problem? I hooked it up to GALA and back-up wire correctly. Has anyone got it to work with this configuration? How long did calibration take? I'm really desperate for help...thanks guys

He had one in his old A4. IIRC he had no problems getting it to work. Hopefully he'll chime in with answers for you.
In the mean time, try searching the archives. I don't remember if he posted any info about it or not.

Charlie...
Contact Blaupunkt directly at their office in Illinois. They were very good with helping me out (albeit not with installation problems.)

Thanks for your post...it sounds like you got it to complete calibration with GALA and back-up wire hooked up right? I tried contacting Blaupunkt and they told me to buy their wheel sensor and put it on the car...I don't think that's necessary tho...right?

I have not hooked up the BUS yet.
I also haven't got much experience with using the unit, as my car was totalled about two days after the install and I've not yet put it in my new car.
Incidentally, what did you pay, and from where?

ohh i'm sorry to hear that...so you got a new a4 now?
i got it off ebay for 500...i mean...it seems like it's working, just not accurate, cuz it didn't finish calibration.
