It's possible, but getting ahold of them is difficult. I have a better suggestion: (this obviously depends on where you live), look for a good aftermarket upholsterer. You could probably do the entire job, (front, rear, console arm rest, & door inset panels) for less than the cost of front seats alone, and with beautiful esthetics. This is essentially what I did when I installed Recaros in mine.
