There are efforts going about in Canada to help provide blood for the injured. So if you can try to make a trip down. To all the rest in NYC my condolences.

Here's some info for montrealers who want to donate:
Red Cross (& Hema Quebec) are collecting blood at the following locations:
-CLSC in RDP
-Hopital Notre-Dame
-Universite de Montreal
Also, if you have anything to donate: clothes, blankets, money, food, etc, call the Red Cross. You can reach them at 514-362-2900
If anyone wants to volunteer for the Red Cross, please call: 514-362-2900
For Hema Quebec, please call 1-800-565-6635
