Depends on the dealer and inventory .... more....
I talked to them today... I am going to use them to buy my 2000 A4. The lady I talked to was very nice, and said that they find a dealer in your area (this could be 'region') and then negotiate a vehicle for you.
So with Audi you would have the normal time to get your vehicle if it is'nt already on the lot or on the shipping manifest and not accounted for (2-3 months).

Would depend on several factors.... more
When I talked to them today they told me that they find a 'preferred' dealer in your area or region and then negotiate the purchase of the vehicle... similar to a broker service, except that right now they are losing money. In general you should be able to get the vehicle at invoice price unless you order something really crazy (where the dealer refuses to order it for fear it will sit on the lot).
I would guess that if the car isn't already on the lot or in the order pipeline (unaccounted for) you are probably looking at the normal 2-3 month wait.

Carorder.com not accepting orders for 2000s
I spoke to Nikki at carorder.com within the past hour. She tells me that they are not accepting orders for 2000 A4's until pricing becomes available to them...possibly in September, she thought.
They will accept orders for 99's and attempt to fill them if units in stock are satisfactory.
She could not guarantee for how much longer the at-invoice price would be available, but expressed the opinion that it would be valid for some time into the future (i.e., not immediately slated for end)

cap. gains. Let me know what you find out. I've been talking to the
carorder folks for the past 2 weeks. I haven't been able to get anything
substantial out of them though.
