Here's some info...
Financial Technology Congress
The Risk Waters Group held a conference at "Windows on the World" on the 106th floor of the North Tower at 8:30 am on Tuesday morning. Of about 237 people due to attend, 100 delegates have been confirmed safe by their respective companies, leaving unknown the status of 121 attendees and 16 Risk Waters employees.
"We continue to make round the clock efforts to contact staff, delegates, speakers and sponsors who were scheduled to attend this congress," said Risk Waters CEO Peter Field. "In spite of this we have heard nothing from anyone who was in 'Windows on the World' at the time of the attack ... in the absence of any concrete news all we can do is to hope and pray that all attendees are safe."

I used to work there...
I don't know if you saw my previous post, but I did a fair amount of work at Windows on the World as a freelance audio-video technician.
I knew several of the guys who were working there that day for that breakfast meeting. They were former colleagues, and they were my friends.
Nobody has heard from them yet, and their wives are still in denial.
Considering that the first plane hit building 1 around the 92nd floor, I cannot imagine that anybody above that floor could have escaped.
My previous boss promised me a management job at W.O.W. a few years ago, but I pissed off the other manager one particular day. So I never got the job. In retrospect, it's the best thing my temper ever did for me.
