I just picked up my 1999 A4 w/ the bose system yesterday and love it except for the CD changer. When I picked up the car it worked fine, I was able to advance CDs and tracks using the HU. Now for some reason CDs will play but I am unable to advance tracks or CDs. The buttons on the HU work when in radio and tape mode but not w/ the changer. The CD also continues to play when not in CD mode. For example, if I start on track one then listen to the radio for a while when I go back to the changer it will be on track five. What is weird is that everything worked fine when I picked up the car. Has anyone else had this problem? I love music and will go crazy soon if I can't get this fixed.

I had mine replaced under warranty because it kept changing radio stations on me. I would shut the car off an turn it on again later and the radio would be on a completly different station. You may need to have yours replaced aswell.
