CEL - Coilpacks?...

CEL - Coilpacks?...
Recently my CEL came on while I was driving and hasn't turned off. When I start my car it idles roughly for about a minute then feels normal. Yesterday I drove off without letting car idle and my CEL started blinking. I left my car alone for awhile and when I returned later, the CEL didn't blink and the car ran normally.
My friend read the OBD codes and it gave me P1128 and P0300. If I go to WOT while i'm driving, the car will hesitate then accelerate. It feels like its lost power since the CEL came on. Tomorrow I plan to change the spark plugs and check to see if a coilpack is dead. Is there anything else I should check? Or does anyone know what would cause this? Thanks in advance

Re: CEL - Coilpacks?...
17536 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Mult): System too Lean
P1128 - 35-00 - -
16684 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0300 - 35-00 - -
I think these are the translations. The p0300 makes me think it's the Ignition Amplifier (if a nonDBW ---aka 99.5 and earlier model years).
The System Too lean can be a bunch of things. FPR, vac hoses, injectors, etc...

I have the same problem
I have the same problem on a 2000 A4 1.8TQA
I've checked that the ignition is not the problem, the problem is that when it starts the fuel is so lean that it is detonating. The funny thing is that it only happens during start up when the temperature is low (like under 20C). I've cleared it with a OBD2 scanner a couple of times and it is still poping up.
I think it could be an O2 sensor fault, but i'm not sure yet.
Have you found the problem?
