Default CEL Help
1.8T

I've got a CEL and I'm getting the P0010 Code for the camshaft actuator and whatnot.

The light came on a week or so ago but then went of the next day, and stayed off but then came back on yesterday. The car is driving perfectly normal. Any ideas?

Default camshaft position sensor, pretty easy fix
they can be intermittent, might leave you stranded then work when the engine cools off. Eventually, the engine will either run poorly or not run at all.

Default So what's the solution?
Also, this is specifically the camshaft actuator, not the position sensor which is on the other side of the engine and throws a different code.

I was getting that code and changed the cam sensor but code came back
