Are there any "cheap" ways to increse the performance of my A4 2.8Q (air filter, etc.)?

1. A4 2.8 30v or 12v?<br>2. Cheap? Under $100, under $1000, under $2000?<br>If under $100, you get a filter and that's about it.<br>3. What type of performance....engine or handling?<br>Best bang for the buck is wheels/tires and then suspension after that. Engine requires more $$, a chip will help feel, reduce flat spots but will not add any significant #s to your hp. You have to do that through better breathing and that requires more $$$.<br>
