i drifted into a ditch.. the car is fine.. but my light is on.. i know aint nothing wrong with it

...checked out. If all you want to do is turn it off, just disconnect the battery (remember your radio code, and the windows &amp; clock will need to be reset). Otherwise you'll need the Vag-com as instructed above...or go to your dealer. If there's something wrong, it will come back on.
