Pelican Pete

Actually, this is courtesy of my mother who was having some fun coloring the Easter eggs.
She did a pretty good job mimicking the Pelican Blue color -- now I know what to use for touch-up paint: Easter egg dye. :-)
I am assuming that the turtle sticker is meant as a joke.
