Chip question..was told by PES that my 1.5 bar chip should only boost 20psi??

Chip question..was told by PES that my 1.5 bar chip should only boost 20psi??
Thought I had the 1.3 in my car and had the 1.5 in my hand, however called PES and read off the numbers and letters on the chip and and he told me the 1.3 was in my hand.
I thought the 1.5 bar chip would boost over 20psi?? Maybe Im wrong but that doesn't seem right. He said the 1.3 would boost about 14psi.
I would swap the chips and test howver the car is at the shop.

Huh thanks guys It just seemed low to me..?
Well I am trying to sell the 1.3 bar chip and keep the 1.5 in the car but its a pain trying to find a buyer that can actually use the thing! If you have any thoughts on how to sell it so I can fix my current problems I'm all ears!
