Chipped Colorado Owners...MTM, vs GIAC, vs APR .more...
This may be another chapter in the beating the chip question to death, but here goes..
There is no APR or GIAC tuner here in Colorado, but MTM has a local tuner. Two different tuners here have reported "Multiple" instances where S4's are blowing turbos "left and right" due to aggresive boost curves and the Colorado altitude. It is around 5400 feet here in the front range. MTM has been out here testing and significantly changed there programing because of there experience and low air density.
My question is still a similar one.. I want the best chip, but get only mixed messages, as to which will perform best in the mountains. Any information on the best Colorado chip would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I had TAP Stage 2 and GIAC in my former A4...
I had no problems with either one. But, the GIAC was better (performance-wise) than the TAP Stage 2. Don't buy MTM, just because there is a dealer here.
