Confirmed with APR, going to ship ECU to them on Wed...some ?'s...
I am from the Bay Area and am wondering which company (UPS, FedX, etc.) to go with when shipping my ECU. Also, how should it be packaged? Insurance, or is it already included? Thanks for the info.

Depends....
On how fast you want it shipped to them, and how much you're willing to pay for it.
If you want something decently fast and reliable, go FedEx, assuming that the box isn't too big. Insurance is extra.
You can overnight it if you want, though it'll cost you dearly.

You can check prices...
on the web for UPS, FedEx. You may even want to consider USPS Express mail! You can insure it, track it, and it's next day delivery or its free.
But if you want reliability, go FedEx. They're specialty is overnighting packages.
