Control arm recall
I searched the archives but couldent find anything definite, are the control arms being replaced under a recall? Mine have the creaks and clunks I have been reading about.

Well there damm well should be. Wasn't there an upgrade offered to owners of 96 & 97 which had the old control arms factory installed?

Nope, not officially at least.
That's not to say that it didn't ever happen though, as all dealers are different.....some might go to bat for you, others won't.
