coolant level at MIN, Do I need add some coolant?

Default You should be checking it when it's warm...
If you need to top it off, G12 or distilled water is fine.

Default Go drive around, you need to check it warm.....
Mainly because fluid expands when warm or hot. If you top it off cold, when you get the car to operating temp it will overflow. It's probably fine right now.
