Correct lubricant for ignition switch? (more)
Sometimes when I pull the key out it continues the "key in the ignition" chime. I've fooled with it enough to determine the sensor is not releasing behind the key (if I jiggle the key a little it will eventually slide over). I would expect this to be graphite powder type application. Anyone know for sure?

You might want to stay away from graphite -- it
conducts electricity (just ask the serbian power
plant workers).
You might try a light oil which does not conduct. You will need something light that will spread around unless you plan on taking the thing apart.
Another option is to put some lithium grease on your key before you insert it.
