Correction to my previous post
Sorry, I obviously hadn't woken up yet (had only had two cups of coffee...). Here is the corrected version:
1999 (B5) A4 quattro estate (station wagon):
The DRIVESHAFT is making noise, especially on bumpy roads. If one of the CV joints lets go, and assuming the DRIVESHAFT remains held in place, will the front wheels still be able to drive the car?
