mine looks like that too! Leave it alone...
honestly unless you plan to show your car its kinda pointless. if it bothers you I would suggest glue like rookie18 said but it really is a waste to replace b/c no one see's it but you.

I had the exact same tear in mine.
I got a replacement from Clairparts online for $30. They list it as part # 8D0-853-959-B-01C. I just installed it this afternoon as a matter of fact. Good as new now.

Impex has them for a few pennies cheaper.
I replaced all of mine except the passenger front door which appears to have been done before. I'll sell you that one for cheap if you need it...
