First impressions...The milltek sounds SWEET. Perfect tone and sound that I wanted. I really hope it doesnt mellow out at all because it sounds beautiful. Nice low quiet grumble that builds into a nice aggressive growl. The fit was great, install had no issues except the cat bolts (which I supplied spares). Performance- I tested it in ***** out acceleration through first second third and part of fourth. It definitley pulls much better up top than it used to. Instead of dying off at 5k rpm it holds strong till 6k +. Very strong. In the middle area of the band it is stronger too. In 5th at about 70mph i punched it and it pulled noticeablly more than when stock exhaust. Very impressed with Sound, Performance AND qualitry of the system. Top notch all together. If you are on the fence for exhausts here is a big push towards the milltek.
I also had the shop install my Neuspeed 19mm rear sway which has been sitting around since november. I didnt really push it much in the corners (damn traffic) but i did push it once or twice through some nice curves and the car stayed level with much less roll...definitley feels more crisp in the turns...I will have to test it out a bit more later.
I had both the exhaust and sway done at AutoFirme in Amenia NY. If you are around Danbury CT, or Westchester County NY I definitley suggest them for work. Greg is a real nice guy who does great work and a total audi enthusiast. He has a bunch of older Audi's around the shop...a nice UR quattro or quattro sport (it was under a cover, but I used to have a Coupe GT, and the lines of the car are unmistakeable) going to have AutoFirme do my work.
now it's pauls turn to post about his milltek...

Any plans to go to the NJ Quattro Club meet in March?
I want to meet up with you one of these days (hopefully before the APR BBQ). I *might* drop some coins on the APR exhaust, but I would feel bad about it if I didn't at least hear the Milltek for myself. I'm meeting a friend this weekend to scope out his APR exhaust! :-))
I think the NJQC picnic/event is on 3/10?
