I live in Lexington and commute to Frankfort for work - whats where I got the ticket...

AFAIK, 30 over, or doubling the limit, are grounds for immediate license suspension.

Default kentucky can only control you in kentucky... do you have a KY license?
so there exists the chance that you won't be able to drive in kentucky, unless you have a Kentucky license, then they could revoke the whole thing...

get a lawyer.. .TRUST me they are worth it... mine got a 33 over construction zone ticket dropped to $100 and supervision... cake.
