Dealer popped my tire today... They are replacing it, but my other tires are past 50% worn...

Dealer popped my tire today... They are replacing it, but my other tires are past 50% worn...
Should I insist they replace the other tire (they popped my front left) since if I would have gotten a flat myself I would have replaced two for balance purposes, or do I let it fly. They already offered to mount the 2nd one free of labor if I pay for the tire.

I personally always replace all 4. I would go for the free labor and replace both-
and soon after in the next 2 weeks or so I would do the other 2. That's what I would do if I could not do all 4 in one shot.

yep, demand 4 new ones
remember, you had 4 even tread tires when u went in and insist on 4 equal tread tires when you leave. doesnt mean to settle for a used tire b/c thats just not a good idea.
